Got an awesome deal on this laptop and really like it. Very easy to use. We've been needing a new computer and looked at them all but found this one to be affordable and fits our needs the best.

HP laptops are my go to now since Toshiba has been out of the technical market. Greate price.

I replaced my older HP laptop with another one. Have been pleased with HP. This laptop does all that I want it to. Love the large storage and newer processor. Glad it has DVD player in it. The cover of the laptop doesn't seem as protective compared to my older HP laptop. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

Best laptop I have ever had!! The picture/video quality is fantastic. So clear and sharp. It is light weight and easy to navigate and use. It is super fast and has tons of storage for homework, pictures, movies, whatever. This is by far my favorite purchase from Best Buy.

A decent laptop overall. I'm using it for browsing and email. Camera could be better and it seems like it doesn't hold the charge that well (only getting max 3 hours out of it). In addition, it would be better if it was little faster on boot up.

Nice touch screen laptop by HP. The screen is responsive and I like the feel of the keyboard. It has more than enough memory for my purposes. I only wish the silver version was not $50 more.

I have this computer for 3 weeks, it seems to be working fine. Doing mostly small business projects and some personal items. It's very adequate for a this job. Good price and performance.
