    The laptop is easy to use. It has a touch screen which is convenient and a CD/DVD drive which is hard to find on many laptops. The price was reasonable.

    Minus being spoofed the first time I hooked it up it is a great laptop. Did a factory reset as well as had to do a complete reset of my internet router! Make sure the very first time you open it the first thing after going through the computer setup that you set up a security and firewall. Mine keeps saying the Microsoft firewall is turned off no matter how many times I have turned it on. Keypad is really smooth and love that their is a touchscreen. Does feel a little flimsy in its opening and closing. Overall a really too laptop for our family!
