fast and easy

Have not worked with Windows 10 before (had windows xp) so a bit overwhelmed on learning new system as well as new laptop. This has been a great experience, a few hiccups (my fault on doing things & not knowing how to undo them) but Geek Squad was great on "putting it back the way it was". Speed is fine, have to use ethernet cable (only because my area has intermittent outages), but everything else works wonderfully. Downside: camera is bit fuzzy but no problem, since only use SKYPE or camera once in blue moon!

Quality laptop for a reasonable price.

Great personal laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Minus being spoofed the first time I hooked it up it is a great laptop. Did a factory reset as well as had to do a complete reset of my internet router! Make sure the very first time you open it the first thing after going through the computer setup that you set up a security and firewall. Mine keeps saying the Microsoft firewall is turned off no matter how many times I have turned it on. Keypad is really smooth and love that their is a touchscreen. Does feel a little flimsy in its opening and closing. Overall a really too laptop for our family!
