I would have given 4 stars because there is no LIGHT on BOTH NUM LOCK & FUNCTION KEY, so you don't know if it's on or not. So far so good here with all else the 4* rating.

Having some issues with the DVD player (noisy at times and difficult to open). I'm hoping that it just needs a bit of use as a break in period. Glad I got the Geek Squad protection just in case.
