Pretty nice touch screen laptop. Reasonable price too. Not the fastest computer, but good for basic tasks (not advanced gaming).

Really pleased at the memory size and performance delivered by the HP lap top. This was my first HP computer purchase so was not sure what to expect. So far so good. Would definitely recommend.

I found it super easy to use this laptop. I bought a smaller screen to make it easy to travel with. The screen is a little touchy when I clean it but love the extra memory. Seems super fast too

This is my wife's primary computer and she is loving it, very fast and no issues, touchscreen is a sweet add-on. The keyboard on this laptop is real nice, it doesn't have that mushy feel to it.

The set up was done by an agent. Did not have password to add my wife's email. When I returned ti the addition did not work. Will need to return it , when I can leave it for several days to complete that installation.

Perfect for back to school. Touch screen makes it easy to interact. I5 makes this computer super fast . Definitely recommend for college students.

Awesome unit, fast and provides a lot of options. The only strange thing I experienced with it was when (during the setup stage) I couldn't install the anti-virus that came with the unit but the Geek Squad support was fantastic and got it running in no time (they apparently had to remove the pre-installed anti virus and install the new one). Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This laptop was a gift for one of my granddaughters. My other granddaughter received the same laptop computer. It arrived very quickly and they were both using there's within a short period of time. Both are very happy with the laptops. They use them at there university. The're happy and I'm happy.

This was a replacement for an older HP laptop that was having hard drive issues. Very easy to set up and download programs I use all the time. Not the fastest processor available, but do not use for movies, etc.

Easy to use, nice touch screen, easy to set up and the screen is a great size.

For the price, this laptop is fast and good with multiple web browsers. The only thing is I wish the keyboard wasn't so loud, and sometimes it stalls in booting up.

This is a good laptop for anyone budget conscious. Of course it comes with some extra "bloatware" from HP...but just about any laptop from any company will have that. But it's a quality computer for the money.

Easy set-up. Plenty of memory. Good touchscreen. Have used for PowerPoint and to store pictures, and for Internet access.

I am very happy with my touch screen laptop. At the beginning it was getting frozen a lot and I was getting frustrated but then I received a message saying it was updating and it will get updated at times when not using. It has always bother me that remote ??? has access to do stuff without me even knowing but the laptop is great. Other thing is that it seems like sometimes it does screen shots or something (picture maybe?) by itself. I'm happy with this laptop and with Best Buy store.

The HP touchscreen laptop is so easy to set up it almost completes the task on its own. I was also looking for a lot of memory with a DVD/CD player burner. This is an excellent choice.

This easy to use, quick on WiFi, and simple using makes my computer usage super easy and fun! I love being on this thing,and typing on the screen with my fingers!

I love the touchscreen and ease of use. I didn't think i ever wanted a laptop, but this one changed my mind. the speed is great and i have been very impressed with the ease of use.

Excellent laptop for daily use. Touch screen works well, 8 GB RAM is sufficient and 1 TB is good storage. Laptop is value for money. Looking forward for more such deals.
