I like the laptop, no complaints. It isn't really a top performer or heavy duty durability, but it wasn't meant for that. It's a great starter laptop. We use it for our children's lessons at church.

This brand had all I needed, good price, touch screen, and a larger screen. Had for 3 weeks and all is going well

Good battery life. Touchscreen functions well. Very good sound. It does well with photos, browsing, Office and more. Fast. I think it's relatively light versus others.

great laptop. Like the fact that the screen is not too small. Also like that I can write on the screen instead of typing. but most of all I like the it is very affordable

I bought this laptop for my boyfriend because the Solidworks program would only work on windows and not apple and it works great for him. He is able to do his work on this laptop with no problems. It is vert light and portable compared to the other models where it is heavy.

After going through 2 different laptops finally found one that works great. Love the touch, screen easy logon, and the size of the hard drive and memory for the price.

I needed more memory so I traded up to 8 Ram and 1 terabyte of storage. Seems to have solved my problem. Also with the help of mat with the Geek Squad got it set up properly. He was very helpful. One of the best Tech people I have ever talked with. Very valuable ployer.

A great laptop for the price. The only thing I would add is backlit keys. The touchscreen is a nice addition.

First, this laptop was on special when I purchased it and after lots of bargain shopping I found this to be great value. It was a Christmas gift for my 18 year old who is finishing high school and then on to college. This is a pretty powerful laptop that comes with all the standard features you would expect and a couple extra like a touch screen and a DVD player. The keyboard is almost full size and my son really likes that. Specs were great except the hard drive. I immediately replaced the internal drive with a Samsung - 850 EVO 500GB SSD and the laptop performs VERY well. Great value for the money.

i brought this product from best Buy and gifted to my friend in india.Looks display is not coming after 3 months.I have tried to contact greek squad agent not able to get any help from them.

My daughter wanted to purchase a new computer, and came in to get a new Toshiba. We were surprised to learn that Best Buy no longer carried that brand, so she ended up getting the HP brand. We were surprised of the ease in operating it, and were happy with our purchase.

I make my own greeting (Birthday, Holiday, etc) Cards, and my HP laptop is very instrumental in the design, and verses that are so important to me. The computer is very easy for me to navigate through the website that I use. It is also great for mindless game playing!

I got this laptop top to do school work with and so far I'm very pleased with it. Fast with a lot of memory.

Purchased HP laptop for our huge high school reunion held every year (two high schools of the 60s, approximately 650 people). It is assigned to one committee person and we use it for registration, spreadsheets, sending emails, and printing. So far, it is working great.

I purchased this to use tube internet and Skype. It works well for those purposes. Price was affordable. I've on my used it a handful of times over the last 2 months but so far so good.

I am planning to use this computer for basic applications such as internet surfing and using Microsoft office products. I am not a gamer so I didn't need all those bells and whistles. Good computer so far. I've only had it for a few weeks but everything seems fine.

This purchase was a wonderful upgrade to my ancient laptop. Tons of storage and touch screen is a bonus!

Love the fact that it is a touch computer. Has great storage. Plenty of usb ports. Even has a memory card slot for downloading from cameras, etc. Light weight.
