My daughter finds this laptop very easy to use, especially the touch screen.

I have only had this product for a month but so far, so good. The quality and features are what you would expect for a laptop at this price point. Overall, no complaints

I bought this for my college bound son. Computer is great. Plenty of features, easy to set up and use. I was disappointed in Best Buy, where we purchased it. I bought it on Sunday, on Monday the price was $50.00 less. The store refused to credit me the fifty dollars. I will not buy from Best Buy again if this is how they do business.

Very light and easy to use. Enough storage for everyday use as well as pictures and videos.

We choose it for the amount of memory and found the touch screen as a bonus. Didn't realize how useful the touch screen is. Very happy with it.

Nothing special to see here, Folks. This one should see you through high school, but she's nothing really fancy. She's a plain Jane box, nothing to attract much attention. She's fast enough, but not super fast, and most everything else she has on board will get you there, but will send no chills up your spine.if I were to be really critical, I'd say that she's shy some memory. Kid is as I the sales guy if that could be beefed up. He admitted he did not really know. I'm pretty sure, however, that her genius could be boosted a bit by external means, if one wanted to sacrifice a USB port. Keyboard is flat and I find its placement towards the back of the case a little awkward. Propping up the back end does give a little more natural feel to the keyboard, as well as adequate view of the keys. I suppose up put it there to accommodate the more than ample mouse pad, which I hope to disable, just as soon as I can figure out how to do that.. Reaching back for the keys, it is easy to inadvertently brush that pad and input unwanted data..Sometimes annoying. I can't be too critical here, as this machine Would have made me a Super Star in high school. But that was 50 years ago! Today, if you want to kick butt crunching data, this little sweetheart quickly becomes a wallflower. You want a gamer look elsewhere. You need a loyal and faithful companion, who will always be there for you and who is not an expensive date, this one's for you.

It works well and does the job. The only Thing I really don’t like about it is the touch screen. It serves no purpose and annoys me when I go to wipe the screen off

I am using HP laptop for more than two month NO PROBLEMS , very fast ,easy set up .

This computer has enough memory and power for me! For the price, you can't beat it.

This was intended to just be a regular work computer that I just ran the essential programs on and works like a charm has good battery life and good screen quality.

Great starter for home work. Need some support to set up, because it is not self explanatory. Still working on finding all the features, but looks great so far.

great laptop and is very practical for the use i give it. i usually only use it when make tuning adjustments to my car. i did have to change the hard drive on it to solid state drive after 3 months of owing the laptop. it would take about 30 minutes to boot up and loading up programs was a pain and long waiting times. the solid state hard drive changed the way the lap top performs boots up within seconds and does what its supposed to with no problems at all hence why im giving it a 5 star review.

Love this laptop. It is fast easy to use. Good feel to keyboard and touch screen. Case is light but has a sturdy feel. Plenty of storage.

Extremely fast, durable, & efficient. Would definitely recommend to a student or someone who needs lots of memeory & good accessibility.

Got it on sale. It's quite. Good for daliy home or light business. Not for gaming. Upgraded the HDD to a SSD to increase performance, battery, and better temps.

The Laptop is fast, but overall just average. Why? Whoever designed the placement of the speakers should be fired. Speakers on the bottom only deaden the sound array because when placed on a desk or your lap the sound gets muffled not enhanced. At full volume you can hear almost nothing. Also, there should be more ports, and the power cord should be placed on the right of the unit , not the left side. Another problem is opening the cover. You should not place the lift area to open the cover on top of the camera. Bad design. And lastly, when the cover of the laptop is open it created a crevice when placed on your lap that is annoying. The split should have been rounded. Bad design again.

The laptop was purchased for daughter who is in college. The laptop works well, but we ran into a hitch when setting it up when running the updates initially.

Staff was very helpful and showed me the many uses of the computer, compared it to others and was very friendly

I purchased it for a family member who needed to conduct research on-line. The computer I had was not salvageable. It was an open box item and I had my reservations but the Geek Squad at Best By put me at ease and I purchased it.

So far have been happy with the product. Its stillnew, have seen issues later after 6 months with HP. Hence 1 star less, will update rating after 6 months.
