This is a great buy, has lots of memory and ram. And the touchscreen is a plus

Has been good for daughter. Good size for working at her desk and also for taking to class. Could be a little lighter but just about she needs for school.

I'm not great on the computer, my wife thought I should get a laptop, mobility was a big reason to buy. We had no idea what to get, thankfully the people at Best Buy know how to listen, and can match your needs to a product.p

Laptop has a nice touch creen, plenty of storage for pictures, great graphics

One of the arrow keys broke off within 12 hours. Exchanged and the same key broke off 4 months later. Quality control problem. Otherwise a good computer.

A decent laptop for the price. Not much faster than my 4 year old HP Pavillion. After multiple updates and removing most bloatware, speed has improved.

I was needing a new laptop for my freshman year of college when my old one went dead. I got this one at a good value and works great for my assignments.

Basic computer. Read alot about bendable cover, no frills, etc. BUT, for someone who basically does emails, pay bills and occasionally documents, this one is just fine and the price was right. What was a bit scary was the amount the one year coverage from Best Buy added to the price. Hope I made the right decision, but it was much easier deciding on the computer than the "extras".

Sales person very helpful in identifying right laptop for my needs, which are fairly basic. Moving up from Windows 7 to windows10 not a priority but old laptop was dying. Soooo, I'm learning 10. Really like this laptop.

This computer is much faster than the previous HP that I had. It starts up much faster too. It was a great price for all of the features that it has.

Works well most of the time. Nice display screen. As I read in other reviews it seems to take this computer a little bit to get started at times. Have had a few glitches so far(two months). The sound will not work and despite troubleshooting this has not been resolved despite rebooting as told. Will need to use the Geek squad help after all. I also seem to get either web page not responding or excel not responding errors more often than with my prior computer.

had issues initially with set-up/installation. Make sure to fetch all software updates right away to avoid hassles. Call geek-squad with any issues.

Great computer at a great price, however, battery duration isn't that good.
