I really like this computer. It i fast, and has a lot of memory for me.

This what I really need for quite some time now. I finally got the HP Laptop I've been patiently waiting and saving for. it has all the perks, bells and whistles all in one Laptop computer. I ama satisfied customer.

This hp went on sale during the holiday door buster's this season. My wife has been looking for a laptop for work, and this one had all the features she needed. What a strong performer in this mid-level range!

Great laptop for undergrad college work, the screen is clear so it makes reading article and writing essays easier. Touch screen is easy access to direct my cursor or click on something quickly. Makes maneuvering a laptop without a mouse much easier. There is little memory, so I do have to clear out some files because it slowed down the computer.

This was a replacement for on of the same brand that finally wore out. This one is meeting all my expectations and beyond. Geek squad did an excellent job of transferring my data and getting me up and running.

Even for the price it's still a pretty good laptop, you get lots of memory, ram and of course you get a touchscreen as well

Good laptop. Lightweight, large screen. Keys are a little strangely spaced and do not always respond appropriately. However, so far, so good.

I got a good buy on this model laptop, took it home, fired it up out of the box and partway through the initial set up the message "Error has Occurred" and nothing more could be done. Back to BestBuy Geek Squad for confirmation, reloading Windows 10 and back to me ready to go. I got through the set up and the screen started to flicker regardless of how it was used and installation of the latest driver did not solve the problem. Back to Best Buy Geek Squad, forth trip if you count the day purchased, to confirm the screen was bad. We negotiated a replacement laptop of the same model and off I went. This one initiated without any issues, did all the Window 10 updates and driver updates with not a single glitch. I loaded some malware and antivirus software after I first created a restore point. I have been using the laptop since and have not experienced a glitch of any kind. The i5 processor is giving me the speed I need, there is only a slight lag when reading and writing to the hard drive compared to solid state drives I have gotten used to using. The screen is vivid enough and speakers for most usage are plenty loud enough. Plenty of ports, surprisingly lighter than expected and no heat generated no matter how hard I use it. I am now very happy with the laptop.

HP was easy to setup from older laptop. Great offer for the price. Wished McAfee would have had a longer test period.

It works fine. It's fast and got tons off memory. Does everything i need it to do.

I purchased the HP Laptop 15 and it is amazing. Very easy to use and the speed is great. Highly recommend this computer.

Purchased this laptop for my husband to replace an 8 y/o HP that was getting "balky". This one is a vast improvement! I no longer have to listen to the big sighs and "colorful" language that had been emanating from his office on a frequent basis! But seriously, it is a lot of machine for the money and still included an optical drive which is getting harder to find of new models.

Computer starts and shuts off very quick. Very easy to use and understand Love the black keyboard and the light weight.
