Its a great laptop with really good processor, storage ans ram and at a good price.

When I bought this laptop, I chose it for the power and price. It had some issues with starting up when I pressed the power button. The Geek Squad at Best Buy took care of it and had it fixed in less than 48 hours and now it runs great and I'm excited to be using it daily now.

Good for price with I7 processor. Look is average. Only available was black and not a shiny finish.

Found the computer quick to boot up and easy to use. Large screen and keyboard also a nice feature.

Runs fast, simple to use, works well. This is a nice computer for light gaming, photo editing, watching videos, creating/editing documents, and regular online use. It easily connects to my android phone, and tablet, both through usb and Bluetooth. The only minor thing is that the screen looks a little wonky under certain lighting. The touchscreen is a fun option, but I haven't used it much.

I needed a new laptop. I liked that this had all the features I wanted: numeric keypad, larger screen, several usb ports, faster processing and a dvd drive.

I really like my new HP laptop. My only complaint, which the store associate told me about was the speed. It's a little slower than what I was used to, but paying $500 more to move up in speed was not worth it, as I just use this for a home computer and speed isn't that important.

I needed to use updated software on my own PC so I can be ready to use it at work if they ever decide to update. My customers usually stay current so I need to look like I know what is going on. I thought I might use my wireless mouse with this laptop but with the touch screen I don’t think I will have too! I made a smart purchase bottom line. Thanks for making a great product HP!!

it ran slowly when we first got it, but after we had it all set up it has been a great machine.

For work it gets what is needed done, without paying a fortune

I purchased this for my brother on deal of the day sale and the specs fits what we were looking for and he is happy so i would say that it is a good deal

Great laptop, still getting fimailar with the different apps.

Upon start-up everything seemed fine. A short while later, computer totally froze; wouldn't even shut down. Called HP tech support and they said it was because the laptop had an older version BIOS. After an hour and 20 minutes on the phone, tech support got me back up and running. I purchased an extended warranty from HP and was charged twice. Additionally, the start date of coverage is 2 months prior to the purchase date! Trying to get those issues resolved has been like an on-going migraine headache. HP customer service (not located in the U.S., of course) is absolutely atrocious. Wish I'd opted for Lenovo or Dell. A long-time HP customer (several printers. lots of ink), my opinion of HP has taken a very steep (probably unrecoverable) nose dive.
