Happy with laptop

Easy to set up - no issues. Like the keyboard and loving the touch screen. Someone had said the speakers were not good but I do not have this issue.

So far so good.

Windows 10 easy to convert to, though I am still in early stages. Long battery life. Light weight. Touch pad is frustrating. Went back to using a mouse. Much more accurate. Would recommend this computer.

Overall nice laptop but had a few startup issues

However, it would not recognize my USB thumb drive, just beeped continously. After some extended research online which was way more trouble than it should have been, I was able to fix it by uninstalling the root usb in device manager and then after a couple more errors, it worked. There is NO WAY that level of effort should be required on a new computer. I also hate that Microsoft Office appears to be installed when it really isn't. If it's not included with the PC, it should NOT be on the PC at all. It confused my installation of Office from another source. Screen brightness seems to be too washed out but probably just need to get used to it. It was easy to buy it online and pick it up within an hour. That was important to our purchase too.
