Started off good for 3 weeks

This Laptop is extremely slow at loading to the home page. Whenever I shut down and reload then signin from the lock screen, it goes black for 10 mins . Whenever I watch videos (Netflix,YouTube) , after 20 mins the screen freezes making a thudding noise.

Once you take the computer out of the box, it is easy to set it up for home use. If you do not like using the trackpad, then you will enjoy using the touchscreen feature.

She does not use the touch screen, but I liked it and have used it some during setup. It is working well and seems to be a good value for the price. Few problems setting it up for her, but seems to be working ok.

The memory, storage and screen size are a great combination at a great price.

If you are not a big fan of SSD, this 1TB HDD should be good enough.The display with the touchscreen looks perfect. The only thing that I may not like is the battery,it lasts only for 3 hours.
