I purchased this computer as a gift for my daughter, and her family. It was on sale, a daily, before the holidays special. It was a good value for the money, and it has been easy for all in the family to use.

Got this for $179 on Black Friday and boy am i enjoying watching college and professional sports on it!

Don’t add a lot of applications or it slows way down.

This laptop is useful for basic daily use. I use it for school and regular entertainment. Good enough.

Generally only used for sociial media, email and web

Great DVD player, super app set up and display. Great graphics, and low cost added speakers work well.

Keyboard is convenient. Used mainly when traveling.

I haven't done much besides set it up so far, but that has been an aggravation. I'm not sure whether it is so slow because of the laptop or because of something else, but I'm not so happy. I don't really like laptops, but needed something to take when I travel.

This machine is very busy. Doing the same as most, but it also does some graphics with the popular graphic programs. I'm very satisfied, it's fast enough, not hard to learn to maneuver around. The battery lasts a lot longer than my last laptop, And its light weight, not that it really goes anywhere. But it gets put away and comes back out so i know it's easier to move. The sound is good, I listen to podcasts and the sound is very good. Best buy Geek Squad is soo good too. I apparently pushed a button I wasn't aware of and thought something was wrong with the machine, they were very kind and showed me the error. Oh, and the other cool thing is it has a touch screen. So besides, using a mouse or manipulating the finger to navigate the screen, the touch screen is as reactive as your phone or tablet. Not a completely necessary feature for a good machine, but a very cool one, that I do use on occasion. Thank you HP and BestBuy. I'm satisfied with it and the price.

This laptop is a Graduation gift for my eldest granddaughter as she enters college this fall. She loves the touch screen. She also found the keyboard quite comfortable and workable. It appears that this computer is exactly what our college freshman requires as she continues her education.

Was looking for a cheap computer that I could use for Grad School and found it in this. Only problem I have so far is that it takes forever to start up. But once it's going, it's fast with plenty of space.
