I love this laptop! The touchscreen is great. Only thing that has happened so far is that my Caps lock and A button "stick" or don't work the first time I press them for some reason.

I purchased this computer for school. This is most reliable computer anyone could ask for. I use it everyday. The only complaint is the battery life has started to fade.

I'm sure that I am not alone on this but this HP laptop I got along with extra things like wireless mouse and a bag for very little cost was the reason I bought this laptop and so far this laptop is good as it carries an Intel i5 cpu kaby lake which does well on the mobile side, 8GB of RAM which is all I need for word documents and excel and web browsing a.k.a watching youtube via wi-fi and reasonable amount of USB ports and SD card reader. Only thing I wish this laptop had was an SSD but I can always upgrade at a later time and it's understandable to save costs but I do like very fast boot up times but I guess that is a sacrifice I can deal with for the time being.

LAP TOP PREFORMS PERFECT FOR MY HOME USE , WINDOWS 10 SOFTWARE IS THE ONLY DISAPOINTMENT . I HAVE NO CONTROL OF SOFTWARE UPDATES, THEY REALLY SLOW DOWN CPU WITH OUT NOTICE. TOUCH SCREEN IS A GREAT OPTION .

I am thrilled with my new HP laptop. The sales associates were great helping me make my decision and not over selling me on features I would not use. The touch screen is a feature I didn't think I needed but I use it daily. I am very happy Best Buy customer.

A family member of mind needed a simple laptop with enough space and processing power and he hasnt complained one bit. The only complaint would be the battery life could be longer.

I bought it thinking it would work for me. I am giving it to the grandkids as they need one for school. I Will not return as I hate your return policy. Got another one that works better for me. It is a good computer. Just not for me.

I purchased a HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - HP finish in jet black forms grand daughter's graduation from High School. She is thrilled with the computer and she will be taking it to college this fall as a freshman.

I needed a new laptop for school that would also handle casual games and this one worked out well. Its comfortable to use and if you can financially do it, I'd recommend this one
