Great laptop that was very easy to setup. Easy connection to my home Wifi.

The screen on my old HP laptop died and I needed a replacement. I shopped the inventory that Best Buy had in stock and chose this one. Has plenty of memory and speed for my at home work and with the addition of Windows 365 has all that I need.

Selected this computer mainly to match my budget when I had to replace a computer suddenly. While not the lowest priced unit, it fit what I could afford. That said a few things to mention. It has fairly standard memory and battery life for a computer at this price. Having a touch screen is nice though it is slow. I was greatly disappointed in the camera quality which is pretty poor. Since I do a lot of work via SKYPE I had to purchase a separate camera. More troubling and a big reason for it's low rating is that it has, for no reason, already crashed twice requiring the complete reloading of Windows and operating system. Along with file recovery and recreating all my internet bookmarks this has taken a large amount of time, and I haven't even had it a month. If I could do it over I would've spent an extra couple hundred and gotten a better/different computer.
