I am very happy I purchased this HP laptop. I am not all happy about Windows 10 or shall I say that I am not use to it yet. It has lots of room (8g) and the 10 key touch pad is an extra bonus for me.

This is an average computer that gets the work done but is not great at anything. It has an ok battery life. The WIFI range is awful.

I bought this for my brother and he can’t stop raving about it. He loves it so much and likes the touchscreen very much. It is a new type of computer that has many liking it. Great job on this computer.

Have had the computer for about a month and so far very satisfied with everything. Its mainly for surfing, pictures and video upload and seems to meet all my needs. The price was very reasonable also.

The salesperson was quite attentive to my non-techy description of my needs, then he showed me an affordable and very adequate product. Another Geek Squad person helped me learn how to organize my iTunes.

I am satisfied with this laptop. Pros is it is light and meets my personal needs, i.e. review emails, banking, write letters (although had to purchase office suite cost extra), and playing games. Cons for me is the keyboard is out of sync than what I was used to, and according to Xfinity this PC doesn't have ability to show me my two networks, whereas my iPAD and Iphone does show me my two wi-fi networks. This means I can't change networks and only have access to the one that is visible under my internet access icon.

This laptop has everything I needed at a great price! The DVD on it was a plus, considering most laptops don't come with them anymore. Plenty of memory for my needs and not bulky or heavy. Love it!

This lap top is good for the price. Only thing I dislike is it does not connect to 5G wifi, only 2.4G. Other than that it is ok.

Excellent laptop for the price. Great features like touch screen & 1TB hard drive. Wish it would come with back lit keyboard.

My daughter has been able to do her work and much more with this very affordable computer. We really got a great deal and support staff was very helpful with our purchase and any questions we had.

Bought this for work, it's not a powerhouse...but it's good enough. The 8GB memory certainly helps..I won't get less than 8 anymore. Now I need another one, but 14" size for increased mobility.

Slightly smaller than my previous computer, but has good speed, and can handle all my data. My old laptop had a right side vent and the fan would push all the heat onto my right hand and was very inconvenient for right hand mouse usage. This has a left vent, friendlier for a right hander. A great improvement for me. I added Office. It is the right choice as help is always there...something I need. I also have Geek Squad protection which always gets me the tech support I so badly need. Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad.

It is a tad heavy but we purchased it because it has the DVD/CD drawer so we can add some programs. Love the touch screen. Satisfied.

Works well--great laptop for the price. The touch screen is a great added feature, especially for a laptop at a lower end price.
