Had a decent processor speed, hard drive capacity, and plenty of memory for use as a home laptop. Like the touch-screen feature.

I'm a fan of HP computers and laptops so without a doubt I was more the willing to give this laptop a chance. The screen size is perfect for personal and work related use. But not everyone is perfect and that applies to this product. I have a few complains about it. For starters, the camera quality is not so good. It's very blurry and dark despite being in a well lit room. Another issue that I came across is the audio location. Since it's in the bottom of the laptop it muffles the sound a little.

Fairly fast, good for paying bills, email, and general browsing.Sufficient for those that need a laptop at a reasonable price.

I really like this laptop. Light weight, fast, easy to use. Love the touch screen option making it so much easier to use. I’m not a computer geek and this is right up my alley.

my first brand new computer in 7 years and was not working well, had to take to the Geek Squad and they informed me it needed A LOT of updates..after that worked way better

I am still getting acquainted with this new computer. It is faster and has a fantastic screen compared to my old HP. I haven't installed my Office program yet, but so far everything is great!

I've had bad luck with touch screens in the past but this laptop has been great since day one. It does not jump around unexpectedly and is overall user friendly. Great purchase with a fair price.

Needed a computer for bills and work records. Works great for this purpose, a little slow at times but touch screen is cool.

Awesome Laptop September 20, 2017 ArtCoder22 from Hephzibah,GA Great product, had a problem with an update but it's been fixed by Microsoft Support. The problem was that the Intel Graphics Drive(HD) was not supported by the update, so I had to update the graphics Drive. Now it's all good. It has a lot of space and it's works at a great speed; not slow at all. Ignore the belkin router review I reviewed the wrong product. But it's a good router, I would recommend both the router and laptop to a friend.

Bought this laptop for my home use. Good speed for everything I've used it for so far. Also purchased an HP wireless printer to go with it. Easy to set up and everything is running smoothly.

Purchased for my father , 80, had been easy for him to navigate and the touch screen is fabulous! I’m a MAC user and just love the features of the touch screen! Definitely would recommend!

It got a cheaper price than the other laptops with similar electronic devices. Maybe it is little useless for playing 3A game on it, but it is good enough for students to satisfy daily requests.

Laptop works good. Enjoy the touchscreen. Don't need a mouse or have to use the pad on laptop. Still not a fan of windows 10

Excellent computer for the price. 1 TB of Hard drive, Touch screen and 8Gb of Ram which is plenty to multi task for my line of work. Very modern and the keys on the keyboard feels very sturdy.

This HP laptop has an Intel Core i5 chip, Win10, large touch screen, good battery, etc. Win10 & the touch screen took me a little time getting used to, but it was worth it. Great laptop.

Salesman showed me only the computers that were what I needed. Did not try to sell me the most expensive models. Great computer, easy to set up. Love the touch screen. Very light weight.

It's a great laptop does your day to day work, browsing, processor speed, lots of space, its a great laptop for the price.

I have had this laptop for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. It does everything I need it to do and it's fast as well. Definitely recommend this for home or school use.

Bought on sale for my mother to use for online and home business use. Easy to set up. The only thing we would've been happier with is if the keyboard was backlit. Otherwise great for price.

Nice quality laptop , it gets the job done. Don't really use the touchscreen much but its definitely a nice feature .
