computer works so much faster than my old one. I also downloaded the office program and it works lots faster than before.

I love my new laptop. I always have problems with running out of space on the hard drive. I'm hoping I won't have that problem for a while. I got great service and assistance at Best Buy even though the store I went to had less than good ratings. I have only had one issue.....for some reason I lost the sound from my speakers...I used hp assistant and it walked me through the steps of trouble shooting ....I reinstalled drivers and it's all good now.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter, she’ll be a senior next year and then off to college. It is fast, has more than enough hard drive space, expandable memory and runs very quite.

Bought this laptop for my cousin who was upgrading a Windows 7 machine. She loves it, especially the touch screen since she has LONG fingernails that interfere with her keyboarding. :-)

This HP laptop has turned out to be a great computer!! It is light and sleek so easy to carry around. It can handle all my day to day activities and the battery life is excellent!!

Set up was simple and quick. I use blue tooth keyboard and a separate blue tooth trackball. I also have a WD external drive connected. This is relevant in case you want to add an external touch screen monitor, as I did. The laptop only has 3 USB ports and I needed a fourth to support the new touchscreen monitor. I'll have to pick up a hub. Also, it would have been nice if the laptop had a DisplayPort port. Overall the device delivered what I expected there were no surprises.

Gift for my 69yr old mother, she loves it so far, he last laptop was a dell and it was always causing her problems.

This computer is really good for basic needs or even a little more than that! A little more powerful than a regular laptop on still a lower budget! Great computer especially for price!

Good computer for storing my pictures, writing letters, making labels, etc. Comes with USB ports as well as DVD capability. Excellent computer for my purpose as well as for the money!

Im using this laptop strictly for educational purposes. It has all the necessary memory and power to serve my needs. Added Microsoft office and Geek Squad coverage you can't go wrong!
