Excellent laptop for gamers, i have flight simulator and runs great! Good ram memory and pretty final case color!

The main killer of this product is the weight. I don't recommend it for anyone who wants to use it as a sleek device for education. Surface Pro would be good then. Also, its hum is rather irritating. Not being a flipbook further decreases its usability, despite the touchscreen. Overall, great product when it comes to the specs and processor but not ideal for any other purpose than work.

I love that it only takes a few seconds to boot up...my previous one could take up to ten minutes... I love that I have a whole terabyte of memory too...The price was nice too...

This is a nice laptop for school use I like the touch screen it is a good option to have when scrolling on websites

My wireless connection kept dropping and would not connect back automatically. I contacted HP and after wiping out the laptop and resetting everything back to defaults and having to reload all of my apps...no luck. I had to remove everything again and then send it in for repair. They replaced a damaged network card and repaired a corrupted bios on the motherboard. They seem to have fixed it but it's been a big hassle!! Otherwise it seems to be working fine now.

I got a great deal for an awesome laptop. No complaints so far. It's fast, powerful, responsive, and affordable!

Bout it just after black friday for a Christmas present. It does what my wife needs it for, paying bills, a little photo editing, and the touch screen is an added bonus.

I like this machine and will probably add another memory card although there is no pressing need for it the machine is quite fast. For the price it is a great machine.

We have always purchased HP laptops for the kids as it's an easy laptop and this was a good buy with extra features that has been helping our teen get his homework done!

Good computer with enough storage for my use. Battery charge could be better, but I like HP.

This computer was for my 8 yr old. He had no problems getting started and set up all his school accounts so they are connected. He loves the touch screen !

Able to get online, use of office products, even plays games to pass the time. Very effective for her purpose.
