Good Laptop for the price

Some of punctuation keys labels could be more bold. There have been a few instances where froze up, had to reboot, and a few where it was running slow as a snail and went back to old laptop for awhile. Otherwise browsing speed is good. Lightweight. Overall, not perfect, but I like it.

Excellent Laptop

I love everything about it, even though I was kind of leery with having a touchscreen at first. The keyboard is my ideal. It's smaller but still has the feel of a regular old-school keyboard. The storage is AMAZING. I'm a hobby photographer so a terabyte is perfect! I haven't really gamed much or watched too much Netflix yet, but the graphics are a serious improvement over the 10 year old technology we replaced!

TERRIBLE DONT BUY IT!

Now the laptop wont even turn on and before the battery run out really quick. Is freezes with anything and is really slow. Besides, HP customer service is really bad. Would not recommend this waste of money to anyone.
