Not a huge fan

It’s been several years since I have used Windows. With that being said, I experience difficulty in finding how to perform certain functions.

Functionality as advertised; flimsy plastic case

Windows 10 much better than 8. One complaint is that the computer case is a very cheap, lightweight plastic compared to previous HP and other laptops we've owned.
