    This laptop works as expected. Processor speed is fast and it has enough memory. Screen size and resolution are also good. However, the body is primarily a thin plastic and it feels flimsy. It is probably not the right laptop if you plan to travel with it.

    We have had this computer for about two months now and it has been great. We use it mostly for kids to write their papers, web searching, and pics and videos. It has done all this without a hitch. The customer service was great and they had any and all answers that I had asked. I would also like to say that the geek squad was very helpful with my decision to do this also. I would definitely purchase again from Best Buy.
