Within the first week it froze up, and my camera wouldn't come on. It is slow to bring up applications. Just strange things for a new laptop. I did like that it was bigger, and had so many different ports. I wish it would have worked better.

Good overall computer

It is a good overall computer. The outer shell is plastic and seems cheaply made compared to the metal case of my Envy, but the computer functions perfectly for his needs.

Have had this awhile now and it has noticeably slowed without me storing much at all on it. Gets the job done
