Outstanding Choice!

It is lightweight, thin, has a very responsive touch-screen feature, and the i5 processor is incredibly fast. He couldn't be more pleased with it and we'd definitely recommend it. Thank you to Best Buy for carrying an excellent product!

Purchase laptop

I was told by the salesperson at Best Buy that it was a pretty good computer and wouldn't be too slow. However it was a wait simply turning the computer on! Horrible purchase for the amount of money. I returned the computer and paid a few more dollars to get a much nicer computer. This computer should be no more than $199 in 2017!

Paid for MS Office 2 be loaded & wasn't

When you try to use the programs it tells you it's expired, I just purchased the program.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when I bought this computer it was supposed to have been opened and returned then fully re- certified by geek squad, when I got the thing home it still had a disk of children's music in the disk drive. it works well but now I have a hard time believing that geek squad even looked at it. overall the computer is awesome.

Not perfect

It works overall, but sometimes when I turn it on it doesn't show my screen right away, and by not right away I mean it can take up to an hour. It makes me afraid to ever turn it off in the first place. Also, when I'm watching Netflix the screen does this loud "ddddddddddddddddd" and freezes my screen for up to ten seconds. It always continues playing, but this is still weird asf and doesn't make it always easy to use my PC

Stable, mid level laptop

Overall, it’s very capable for most tasks, only struggling for gaming, which this computer isn’t designed for. Plenty of USB slots including USB3.0 and HDMI. great value for the price
