Computer works great. I use it for teaching and has done everything I need. The battery is horrible. A charge only lasts 3 hours or a little more

This laptop has been very dependable. I got it for my son and he carries it to class, home, just hanging out. I need to get 2 more for my niece and nephew who started college this year

Just wanted a basic lap top to pay bills and look up articles. Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't. Just not dependable. For anyone considering this lap top for school I wouldn't.

i bought this laptop for entry level gaming, i was immediately disappointed at the graphics and performance of this laptop, i had to turn my settings all the way down to low in order to play

My laptop is great! However the transfer of my data came out a mess. My iTunes were my biggest concern and about only half of it transferred over. I'm still using my old laptop for my iTunes.

The computer works great. However, we did find that the internal wifi antennae is rather weak . We had to go and get an external wifi usb card which gave us incredibly better wifi coverage .

I was excited to get this laptop, especially because it was cheaper than a MacBook. I wanted one for college that's why I bought it. First of all, its so slow. It takes literally 5 mins to log in. Plus, there were so many updates. I tried to return it but best buy has a 15 day RETURN POLICY. Now I understand why it is 15 days because this laptop is bad. Don't buy it, it's not worth it at all. Save your money and get a MacBook people.

Purchased for my high school student; good buy for the price. Recommend folks know the difference between solid state and disc drive processors.

This computer is all I wanted. I have had it since 2018 and have not had a minute of trouble with it. I am not a light user, I always have multiple tabs open for my research. Great product.

My old computer died while I was on the road. It was a small laptop. When it died the Geek Sq told me NOT to send it in. Essentially it is a "throw away". I was a bit surprised but went a head an got this computer. Very satisfied since it is bigger and has a ten key.

Laptop with Windows 2016 is much different from my 8-yr old laptop with Windows 7. I am sure when I learn about all the features I will enjoy the faster processing and added storage.

At a price totaling over $500, it's just OK. There are often alternatives with the same specs (and speeds) for $3-400, this was an emergency deal though with one of my employees computers dying during busy season however and it was my best local option.

Parents needed an upgrade....nothing over the top but wanted something that will last a while without needing another upgrade. This one has solid hardware for the price point and should have them covered for years to come! More importantly they love it!!!

I like the computer-but setting it up was not that easy...even if they say its step by step, had to go back to best buy x2 for assistance--other than that frustration all is great!

Slow when starting up and has lots of downloads all the time but other wise seems like a really good laptop. Was expecting faster for the amount of money but can’t win every where.

Love everything about my new laptop. The security software was a bit inefficient. I tried to peel off the label for the needed code but it was so stuck to the plastic that I had to call Best Buy to get my code. Other than that, my experience has been great.

This computer has a nice look and an awesome keyboard (with the number keys on the side). It is an i5 but just as fast as any i7. Handy home/school/work computer!

no complaints, serves all my needs. If only I could get internet service to see it works at it's best potential it would be perfect

This was my first lap top I purchased. Chose to go with HP, a trusted name. Highly disappointed. There was a problem with the laptop that HP was aware of. There represented tried to repair the problem. It still didn't work properly. I do not trust the HP name anymore. Lesson learned name is not everything

The hard drive want bad 2 months after the purchase it. I contact HP and they send a person out & fixed it. No other problems since then.
