This was my first lap top I purchased. Chose to go with HP, a trusted name. Highly disappointed. There was a problem with the laptop that HP was aware of. There represented tried to repair the problem. It still didn't work properly. I do not trust the HP name anymore. Lesson learned name is not everything

I have always purchased HP laptops and they have performed well for several years except for this model. This model starting having issues after using a couple weeks so I exchanged it for another one which is having the same problems after using 3 weeks. The sign on screen freezes and lock ups, and the computer just shuts off for no apparent reason. I am returning this one for another brand. HP failed on this model.

Only complaint I have is stsrt up time. It starts and launches programs slow. I,uninstalled McAfee virus protection and it helped alot but still a little on the slower end.

I actually returned the device because I was so disappointed in it. It was very plasticy and the click of the mouse was very loud. There's got to be something better out there.

I really like it. I originally bought a Lenovo first but returned it because the screen was defective. I find this to be a much better laptop so far. I’m very happy with it.

This computer is very light and operates quickly. This down side of the lightness is the case is a bit fragile. Mine occasionally separates and I need to snap it back together.

Old computer died needed a replacement for my son to do school work. So far it's been a great computer and got it at a great price.

Got the computer for my wife, works well although she wanted a higher photo resolution but not available in not expensive computers, good choice for what she uses it for.

Easy to use laptop with a nice brfight screen. I find the touchscreen to be a great and motion saver. And at the same time, they keyboard has a nice feel with positive key action. I also find the touch pad to be more responsive than my last laptop.

I RECENTLY MADE A PUCHASE OF A LAPTOP PC.I PREVIOUSLY OWNED A TOSHIBA. MY TOSHIBA LASTED FOR OVER 6 YRS WITH MINIMAL PROBLEMS. I CAN SEE NOW THAT MY NEW HP LAPTOP PC WILL LAST EVEN LONGER. GREAT CHOICE BY ME AND KUDOS FOR HP ON THEIR FINE PRODUCT.

I had to replace my old samsung that wouldn't accept uptates to Windows 10. This computer with the newer software is a vast improvement. Good choice for business work.

I bought this laptop for my college classes. One of the features listed in the description was a backlit keyboard. This feature is important for me. When I brought it home and opened the package, I was immediately disappointed. The rough texture of the plastic that the surface was made of felt terrible and cheaply made, and to my surprise, NO backlit keyboard as advertised! I immediately returned it and chose a different laptop. If I'm going to invest a fair amount of money on a device, I'd expect it to be what I was told it'd be, and I'd also expect it to look like it would last longer than a month without physically falling apart too.

Bought this laptop a year ago, I use it daily for school, it can handle adobe products such as photoshop with no hazzle, battery still holds charge like the first day. I have no complaints and a its a great computer overall.

Using it without being on a domain for VPN access and mapPing files. Office 365 suite and PDF. Works fine but blue screen with sonicwall vpn Client and windows 10 randomly

Great laptop. Able to use right out of the box. Love all the features and hope that it keeps proving to be a great laptop for a few years. Using for business needs.

My HP crashed suddenly and hadn't backed up to external drive for a while so had to start from scratch. Added 10 Pro so a bit of a learning curve but all good now.

Love this computer! It works really well. My only complaint is that the speakers aren’t very loud.. Sometimes when I have music playing I can’t hear it that well.

This is a nice laptop with a lot of great features. It is slim and not too heavy. The only drawback is the screen is not clear/crisp when watching YouTube videos.

Bought this as a back up to our sole office computer. Worked well - seemed a little slow but that may be in the power option settings which I did not fuss with

This computer has met all of my needs. I bought a printer also and it has enabled printing of important documents that I need for record-keeping and travel needs.
