I bought this 6 months ago and the laptop operates very efficiently! Now Best Buy's finance company leaves a lot to be desired but that was the only way I could get 6 months interest free. Last time I will use their credit card!

Bought this online, had to wait a week to get it. It is a Christmas present and wanted to set it up but it took so long to set up then froze just trying to get online. Tried resetting it to factory setting and when I finally got tired after 1 hour of waiting to be reset turned it off and will be returning it to the store tomorrow and buying a different one. Not worth the money or the hassle.

Bought for my daughter - performs well but the plastic shell made it seem flimsy. Really too large for her to take to school.

Not had a chance to use it much but so far I have found it to be an excellent purchase.. Have not used the printer yet but once I do I will make sure to send my feedback. Thank You

This was an upgrade from an HP pavilion running Vista. Overall I love this computer. It has taken a little to get used to the distance of the keyboard from edge of laptop, but so far that's my only complaint. I would definitely recommend!

Price was good, quality is slightly lower than expected. Very slow start up, not very fast when opening multiple programs.

My son thought it was Awesome! First Computer... It was ready to go the next morning and then BB sent a 1 Day Special Sale! HaHaHa Had to get it! This was $20 more, but from i5 to i7 and 6GB Ram to 12GB Ram. Best Back to school gift ever!

I purchased this computer for my husband. He mainly uses it for emails, bill paying, iTunes, and general web surfing. He loves it so far. Of course his old laptop was pretty old. But he said it never worked as fast as this one does.

I have owned it for just under a month and so far it meets my needs. Only four stars at this time because I have not had enough time to test all requirements.

About every 6 months the trackpad just stops working. Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers fixes it but very odd. Otherwise works fine.

Actually a pretty good computer, speed is fine but no backlit keys and the unit feels a little cheap. Otherwise okay.

this was an interesting buy for me since it was for my wife's birthday gift. I always do the research on all that I buy and this surely surpassed my expectations. It has all the bells and whistles that you need to do work on a lap top.

I think this computer works very well, the only issue I think there is, is the windows system. It is very confusing and makes you n ot want to use the computer!

Good basic laptop for basic functions. Mainly use it for internet browsing and office applications. Seems to get bogged down when using multiple softwares

Pros: Cheap Cost Cons: After wasting hours to setup, it worked for 2 days then without making any changes it booted to a black screen with the cursor and would not load into windows. Another 5 hours later of troubleshooting and reloading the OS.. at that point not wasting any more time and returning it today Con: the keyboard is a full keyboard with the number pad, so the actual part of the keyboard you'd be using is aligned and pushed to the left so they can squeeze the number pad on the right side so it feels crammed and off-center. Con: the laptop itself has a very cheap plastic feeling. Con: Bootup time is very slow for i5.. not sure why it takes so long given the specs. Con: viewing angle on the screen is poor, don't expect anyone to see your screen sitting next to you Con: bloatware, tons and tons of junk bloatware programs hogging resources

I wanted a cheap computer that had windows 10 which I could do basic tasks with like surfing the web and printing. It does what I need it to.

This is my first laptop. I purchased it,so i could start my own outdoor channel on you tube. So it will mostly be used to edit video's and research new hunting spots. So far it is working really well. I have no complaints.

Watch out for Win 10- constant changes get disk/CPU/network to 100% and peg it there. Frustrating.

Need new hard drive. I am waiting for replacement drive to come in. Also bought in the middle of a Microsoft patch. So computer was running really slow until the patch came through. Maybe somebody should have told me of the problem. However, I loved how easy it was to connect to my HP printer via my Bluetooth.

I use this laptop to check email, do web searches, pay bills and check finances and it works great for those functions. Nice big screen works great with a second monitor in expanded desktop mode. I recommend this computer!
