i am very satisfied with this purchase. Laptop is very fast, i5 processor is has enough speed to meet my every day work needs. battery is also fine. minimum 3-4 hours. only cons that i have are screen resolution and sound.

This was the perfect value of a computer for my wife is not a high tech user but wanting bells and whistles of current technology. We were replacing her 10 year old current laptop with updated one. Very please with purchase

Bought laptop for 10 year old. Not a lot of memory but good for him to play games on and do some school work

Out of the box, this computer needed 15 hours of updates/restarts/software patches, etc...Have had it about a month...it leaves me totally puzzled...some days it works fine, other days, it drags like an old mule. My OLD laptop actually will outperform the new one. Geek Squad say they have done all they can do...so I guess I will endeavor to persevere and keep trying to find what my new platform lacks to make it the special tool I THOUGHT I was getting...

I have enjoyed the computer, although I am anxious to change the Security from KAperski. I asked about that when I purchased and was told it was still recommended. I was told yesterday that the company is now replacing it.

gets the job done for homework, general internet use, and low res games. can be a little glitchy, not sure if that's due to software updates or not

My daughter uses this to do ho me work, projects and surf the net. No issues with watching videos or streaming, overall great product for price :)

I had one issue with the speakers no working, having to take it in, to be serviced. Overall I'm happy with this Laptop, It can handle everything that I do, surf the web or play games on Facebook, check my emails.

This product works out well for both homework and computer geek work for my children, They are usually much more computer savvy than the teachers are.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter as she had an older version HP which malfunctioned and not worth the repairs . Shad to get use to the WIndows 10 and it works wonderfully. We like the HP products compared to others.

This model has a built in fatal flaw, "freeze at 64%" when trying to set up the new computer. Found pages upon pages on Ask. com re this. Took it back to store, planning to buy a different brand but the floor salesman was only interested in upselling me one for $400+ higher. .Fortunately, the Asst, Mgr, and cashier were very nice and voided sale/ returned my money.

This product was definitely a great buy for my college student. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. My son says that several of his classmates also had the same computer. Seems to be a great buy for the majority.

bought this for my wife at a store. she needed a new one for her online schooling and this was a higher end middle of the road laptop. not unbelievable specs but just enough to get the job done

The old computer actually died so in order to keep doing business I had to get a new computer. On line reviews were good for this one so I got it.

Had to return 1st one as there was an issue with the monitor, but Best Buy employee swapped out for new model and haven't had any issues since.
