Had to return 1st one as there was an issue with the monitor, but Best Buy employee swapped out for new model and haven't had any issues since.

I purchased the gen before this one and it gave up on me in less than a year. With school being a priority I had no choice but to purchase the next gen. Hopefully it doesn’t give up on me like the last one did.

This replaced an old slow laptop whose operating system was no longer supported. Much lighter, nice screen size. She carries it around more.

Bought this to replace an older computer. The features are great. Does great for powerpoints (seamless flow). Functions like a dream and so glad we purchased it. Handles all functions we need with no glitches.

I purchased this laptop to replace my 9 year old laptop (which never did operate well after I installed Windows 10). My new laptop handles Windows 10 just fine and I can still edit and attach my old documents.

Love HP brand, like the i5 Intel processor, good graphics, good sound, very responsive. Good design (though the delete key location took some getting used to), nice and lightweight. Very pleased with this purchase.

I am very pleased with the laptop.The only problem is there is no sound after an update was done. I have tried to fix this problem with no luck.

My sister needed a cheep/reliable computer for school and this was just perfect for her but I would have personally choose a different one.

It worked as needed. I didn't do anything to demanding with it. It can open tabs and handle basic services like it should.

I love my new HP computer, but the real reason I bought it from Best Buy is the Geek Squad service! I have the 3-year plan with anti-virus, and it's such great peace-of-mind knowing they'll take good care of it!

Bought this for my wife to replace an old Dell laptop. It’s not a great laptop, but, it gets the job done. Start up seems to take forever.

never used HP laptops before, but this model is good at this price range with decent configuration.

I bought this for my 10 year old who only watches YouTube tutorials and plays Sims and Roblox. She loves the touchscreen display. There's enough processing speed and memory for anything she wants to do.

Bought this computer and so far no complaints. Have a driver update that always pops up which is a pain but other than that, so far so good.

HP computer had everything I needed for the demands of college. I reviewed them all, made a list of minimum requirements and a list of must haves. The HP met my needs and has performed flawlessly so far.

This computer was bought for my daughter to do her school work on and has worked out great so far. She has even used it to help in her dance practice. Runs alittle slower than my mac but good over all.

I’m enjoying using my new computer it’s faster than my old one easier to use overall very happy.
