This computer had all the items I needed in a computer. I really like it. The salesperson was also phenomenal who sold it to me.

Pretty much almost the exact same laptop that I bought in 2012, but with a touch screen. It works, but you won't be blown away.

We are enjoying using our new computer. It has helped with several things, such as completing Christmas shopping, Watching games that are not available on our regular TV, and browsing FaceBook.

I love everything but the Wi-Fi card. The Intel chip is super fast and the start up time is as fast as laptops twice it's price.

I fine that tis laptop fits all the needs that I'm going to be able to used for all of the difference committee that I must attend.

I had trouble at first with it's updates but got hp.com to help. Now everything works just fine, no complications

Product is great but I would have liked to been told it comes with not phone support or assistance for set up called the store and they said I could bring it back (great customer service) lol

A lot slower than I expected. Maybe a good machine for a child but not a everyday user.

This is the laptop my wife wanted and it's best to put my opinions aside. She loves the new laptop and life is great when you just say, yes dear.

Only had laptop for a short period of time but so far it’s great. A big change from Windows 7 to Windows 10 which takes time to figure out . Very impressed so far with quality of the laptop.

Was looking for and believe I purchased a consistently good working laptop. I have been pleas d so far with it’s reliability.

Had issues with it locking up right after getting it home and updating it, it worked fine with my printer until a few weeks after the first issue, every now and again it gos into sleep mode and will not wake up until you hold the power down to shut it off, all issues have been fixed by hp support but i have been reading reviews on windows 10 and would not buy a computer with that operating system again

Easy to use with great features and large memory. Battery life could be improved however.

would never recommend to anyone after paying a person to install the things I needed on the computer. I got on the computer the next morning n it turned to a black screen. was told by Best Buy Microsoft had a glitch in there system n it may take up to 2 weeks or longer to correct. just leave computer on until it fixes! MAYBE!!!!!

Bought this laptop for my teenager and it has worked great so far. Performs all the necessary functions for school that she needs.

For the price I got a very good laptop. It has great picture very good sound. I've had to reset it twice but now seems fine.

This is a lightweight laptop with a good sized screen that works well for word processing, social media and watching videos.

I researchd on line and printed out spec i felt were impotant to me. Zac, the sales associate helped me find just what i wanted.

Easy to use and nice features. Lightweight. Like the CD/DVD Rom, numeric pad, and multi ports for wireless muse, light, etc.
