So far I have not had a need to use this service for the new computer --- hoping that is the case for a while into the future. But if there are concerns, will reach out right away

One cannot ever go wrong if they have the Geek Squad for protecting and helping you with your computer. I would never consider purchasing anything without it.

This is a great replacement sometimes kids are hard on things and you can get it replaced or you can get money back from what it was to get something newer or better.

Highly recommend when purchasing an electronic device etc to take out the product replacement in case anything goes wrong with it within the 2 year coverage. Product gets replaced.

We have never been disappointed by the geek squad. Anytime my techie kids try to fix something and it doesn’t turn out the way we need they are able to bring satisfaction to the issue.

Geek Squad is the best! YOu can call them anytime and they are always willing to help you over phone. If not over the phone will get you in to store in record time to solve your problem

If you buy anything that costs a good amount of money, I definitely recommend you buy the Geek Squad Protection. If you break it or something happens to your item its a quick replacement and done!

even if you are a careful person, accidents happen and this will always save your product. i have not found a better replacement warranty anywhere else. Super easy to make your return also!

I don't expect to use this service for the Logitech Keyboard I bought but I feel comfortable with this as if I have a problem I know Best Buy will be there to support me.

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth the $$ because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.
