Geek Squad delivered and set up our new tv and mounted the old one on the wall in the guest room. they were efficient, polite and didn't make a mess. very helpful with suggestions also.

Having this backed up with my device, made me feel safe. If i had problems, i could take them back and get a replacement within moments. always get a warranty. you never know.

If you have the option to get this I would. You probably need it.

I always have to get the geek squad warranty for my high price electronics or computer parts that tend to fail to have no worry's for the future.

It's good to know that you can replace your device if something bad happens to it. I usually pick up this protection to not have to rebuy a device that broken after a limited time of use.

I don't usually buy these, but occasionally I do when I've had problems, for example keyboards. Whenever something happens BB usually takes care of it without issue - no hassle

After four replacement on my keypad and case the product was discontinued with Best Buy. When I had another failure they gave me a Best Buy gift card for the entire purchase.

You never know when trouble calls. This is a great way of extending return period to years. The negative thing is that, if the product you’re covering is no longer available the only thing Best Buy does is to refund you and encourage you to buy a new product. True replacement should be replacing the product with same or a better product

The agent mounted my TV in our basement and insured it would work by streaming off our upstairs TV; so only one cable box would be necessary. Saved a monthly box fee.

I cannot say enough great things about the geek squad. Seriously if you purchase anything from best buy make sure to get geek squad. Never know when something will be faulty.

Great protection on your purchase for peace of mind. I might not need it, but it sure feels good to have it. Even if the product is of good quality, there is always the chance of a lemon.

I have never had an issue with the Geek Squad warranties. We use them on appliances and other major purchases where peace of mind is important.

These agents were amazing as they connected my tv and provided almost invisible wiring. Visible wiring is a hated sight for me. They were thorough. Knowledgeable and neat.

I like their geek squad protection plan. Had to use it twice if they can fix the problem they will and if not they will exchange it for a new one and you only pay the difference.
