    It appears they want to constantly argue about replacing things lately and have not made the experience professional, personal and courteous. Best Buy was always my go to and recommend for all friends and family but as of lately i would recommend Sams/Walmart or Amazon over them most of the time. The replacement plans are lower cost and they just replace or credit you back without any hassle. They are there to make and keep you happy.
