    I Get the protection plan on major purchases just in case I've only ever had to use it once but the process was easy and fast. So 3 stars for a great service that i don't use much. That being said i will most definitely purchase it again on any major purchase that doesn't comes with its own protection plan.

    Do not purchase a replacement plan if you finance through Progressive Leasing, they will not honor it. You will only be able to get a refund sent to your Progressive account instead of a replacement device. The replacement plan is only good if you purchase a product outright with your own money.
