EXCELLENT PRODUCT HAVE HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS !!!!!

I feel a lot safer buying this with my sons gifts.

The plans are good, but should have an expansion and not just the basics because for you to spend so much on the product and almost the same price for a protection plan it should have more coverage. Sometimes you loose out on the protection plan.

Awesome product. It’s easy to use and it’s sturdy. Happy I got this. I will purchase another. I have it 4 starts because it stopped worked in a year.

So far we like it a lot. No problems with it. The price was great, in my opinion. I would recommend this to my family and friends as I am recommending it to you as well.

Worked well for delivery. Its not Apple coverage so ask if it coverages breakage caused by accident. Other than that, grab it if it's an expensive product.

Thank fully haven't had to use the protection. Bought as an insurance policy. I know from past experiences that the Geek Squad support and packages are hit or miss...

I was not totally satisfied since this is not really a product replacement warranty. They only give you your money back.

Agents hasnt had to come out yet but have had slight issue with no being able to get any type of help other than offer to bring my device in days later.

It's insurance coverage for some computer speakers that I bought. It's nice to know if anything happens they are covered, lucky the speakers are doing just fine.

Honestly if you’re buying a geek squad subscription plan don’t bother because it’s pointless and you still have to pay at the end

Best Buy has been charging my credit card for many years without consent. I found out when needing recent service on my laptop. Which later came into use. They did a good job....got my laptop back to working. I was happy. Until my daughter tried to use geek squad for her laptop at another location. Tech told her they do not order parts. She would need to bring in parts then have installed if its the issue. Although contract I received clearly says they would order parts etc. I guess they wanted her to do their job. Entire reason of her visit was for a complete diagnostic of laptop for a strange fan sound. She left with her laptop and no service. Trying a different geek squad. By the way, I am still trying to get in touch with geek squad on authorization to auto charges on my card. I have had no success. That next day I contacted geek squad. I stayed on hold for a very long time before a custoner service rep connected to call. The rep had no answers for me. So my call was transferred to different department that apparently would have answers. Again, I was left on hold... But this time the call was dropped when they connected. I called back and another drop call. I figure they were having technical problems. I will try again.

Hopefully my product doesn’t last longer than the two year replacement plan. Usually I buy these they expire and then the item breaks shortly after.

I guess it is helpful. There's still a deductible price for repairs so it is almost like paying for a repair over time

only get if you are poor. i mean dont get it if you can afford to fix it or replace. very expensive and time frame for fix can be long

I purchased a PC for my daughter and this warranty was optional and I purchased it never had to use it

Whenever we buy protection they always offer it but it's a Hassel to get them to do anything when it breaks especially with corona

I would not recommend if you are mounting on wall and T.V. fall and crack they don't cover it.

Not a great value. Very long wait times. Not all techs do a good job at fixing issues
