The best buy service transfer my call over to the geek squad for technical issue. I wait and finally a lady from the geek squad greet me with her name and her title that this the geek squad hi, what is it that I can help you with. So I said technical issue of my gps location keep on changing from places to places that is not my location even after I change it. We discuss the situation and she then told me she can't help me with the issue. She sounded like she knew nothing about technical issue. Only when I call on the phone certain people have different work ethnic. All that I came across seems to be clueless. This is not the first time, but multiple time so I gave up and sold the product. Just being honest. Hopefully things get better in the future if I ever do have this type of issue. If you can't help then you can't, I'm not going to sit there and argue, right?

geek squad is good to have just wish it was cheaper

I like the fact that my stuff is protected by the Geek Squad. What I don't like is the time it takes for them to find out if it can be fixed or replaced. If you send your stuff to them they keep it. You may be without your stuff for a while or a nonworking item for a long time. I don't know if I would recommend it.

I bought this mic around 4 days ago less than a week and I was playing and all of the sudden the sound gets muffled I look around to see why and the cave cracked at the bottom (the part that plugged into the controller) luckily I bought geek squad so I will get my money. The sound was great but for 100 dolors the cable cracks within 4 days it is unbelievable. Not happy with the product. 2nd of all I bought this product twice the first time all on my friends said that it had a horrible echo and it was making a buzzing noise so I looked at reviews and saw that nobody else talked about it so I returned it and thought that it was just my product. This was the second time I bought it at first my friends said there was no echo and buzzing but within 2 days they said that the buzzing and echo happened again so overall a bad product for the price.
