Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad product replacement! You never know what could go wrong with electrical / computer equipment.

If you have the option to get this I would. You probably need it.

This is one of many Geek Squad warranties I have purchased from Best Buy but have not had to use because they sale quality hardware and software.

Having this plan was worth every cent. For computers, mouse, headphones. It is so easy to use and Best Buy really does what they promise.

My daughter accidentally broke my headphones and I'm and glad I had geek Squad, the extra 8 dollars saved me from having to cough up another 50 bucks

I never leave the store before purchasing a geek squad protection for my electronics. It is worth every penny, if you have kids you need this.

Haven't had to use this yet, but it's nice to know that if anything ever happens to the GPU that I should be given a new one!

I always buy the extended warranties cause you never know and it’s better to be on the safe side especially if it’s an expensive item you’ve purchased!!

Agents are always there to help with any issues or replacements. Really an excellent service. I always include this with my purchases at Best Buy.

Had to use this service once so far they came out an helped me find a solution rather quickly , glad i spent the extra money for this service

5 Stars for this product because I have used it I have no idea how many times and this is because you never know when or why but it will have to be replaced

Their service is amazing! Would highly recommend purchasing if you bought something high in value! Better having insurance on it then not having any at all!

At the time I bought this product it was very worthwhile.

Covered my broken keyboard after a year of use. Didn't use that much but the keyboard decided to break on my and I'm glad that I had 2 years plan protection

I don’t always buy extended warranty, but when I do, it’s always supported by Best Buy and is never a hassle to get service.

I have geek squad for all of my devices and geek squad has helped me a good number of times, and at times from the convenience of my own home!

I always buy warranty with any electronic said by Weatherby a washer dryer fridge TV computer you never know when you're going to need it.

To protect a purchase is always best. To spend money and not protect your purchase is not a good idea of any type!

Hard to say anything else about a warranty as I have not had reason to use. My previous similar headset had no service contract and broke within a year.

I highly recommend this product replacement plan. Anything can happen and you'll be glad you purchased this to replace the product you purchased.
