Haven’t had to use geek squad replacement yet, but as with all types of insurance, it’s nice to have peace of mind,

The plan is nice but only a one time use then you have purchase another warranty

We always buy this for our stuff and it’s great to have

So far it's great insurance. the couple of times I used it, it was a smooth transaction. I always get it with all my big purchases.

It works. There are some odd things about it that I can't really explain. One thing: the CAP LOCK & NUM LOCK indicator lights are very dim (I guess because it's battery operated). It would be better if you could turn off the keyboard like you can with the mouse. Both seems to use battery life more than others I have had.

never have had any issues when having a damaged product, i will never not buy anything without having the insurance

This was totally needed. And I used it, replaced the item in the store, and repurchased another 2 years warranty.

It is beneficial to purchase geek squad protection for the products.

This is mainly a neutral review as the tablet I recently will soon sell hasn't had an accident yet.

I'm losing faith in Greek squad, I'm not alone in this It's inconsistent, one day you get a guy who seems to know what he's talking about/doing, the next, a guy drops your pc right in front of you as if it were his first time moving one While telling you "uhhh i don't know how to answer that, how about you pay 100 dollars and we'll take it in for A WHOLE WEEK Just to tell you it seems fine I hate to say this but i WILL be speaking to the manager I really don't want to have to look for outside help with my PC

Saved me $179 for an extended return time. Sadly did have to spend money for it. Over all a pretty good spend.

This is an excellent protection/replacement plan! It's an easy process to replace a product when I need it!

Very good incase something breaks or you need to replace it
