This is a rip off not worth it anymore this used to be amazing now it's rubbish

I never approved this purchase and logging in to Bestbuy now and seeing the past orders make me realize this.

Never had to use. Judging from the store I visit Best Buy needs some new geeks.

I’m usually very on edge with warranty plans as they have so many ultimatums in order to replace your device when it stops working, but this one is different. Atleast it is for my super light pro 2 mouse that I have been using for the past four years thanks to this warranty. For an extra $30 you are assured that when your mouse stops working you will be able to get another one. They ask no questions it’s simple and effective. The best experience I’ve had with geek squad.

I dont know why I even have this on my account. I did not get a keyboard so Im not sure why I paid this amount...

Would rather spend money replacing the item than deal with these people.

You don't need a warranty like this on a inexpensive device like this, but I was talked into it.

Returned didn’t work. So I returned the item to Best Buy without any problems.

Works good no complaints so far definitely recommend

Never order this on November 24. Nest buy has some technical issues
