Good Quality sound, it has noise canceling which is good cause the other player don’t hear anything else

I have seen n heard differed and stories yet I know some are good last was not to bad but I get upset with a rude rep. in Elyria very much.

I bought this for my $150 dollar pair of wireless headphones the Turtle Beaches Elite Atlas, tell me why from basic use of wearing them and taking them on and off this little plastic piece snapped right above the right headphone and it's just dangling there now. I'm never buying Turtle Beaches again, they used to stand for quality but was I wrong. I will update after I get my response of how they'll handle this infraction.

Most times no issues with returns or exchanges but not always, but generally always purchase in case.

This warranty service is great. No more worrying about something breaking right after the manufacturer warranty expires.

Love knowing my purchases are protected. Often well worth the investment. Customer service could be improved but sufficient.
