Hoping not to have to use it. But, glad we have it. Item stops working, I can deal with Best Buy directly. Happy about that.

I have only used geek squad once. Sometimes I wonder if I should insure items. Never get to use it much. Used it once.

In case anything should happen it is a good idea to buy a protection plan in case. Especially if it costs a lot

This is definitely a good deal & worth it For most stuff they offer this on . But will say make sure you know exact on info covered and what they do for you!! Recently had 3 different things that they claim they “changed policy” and no longer do it the same at time of needing to use warranty rendering it useless and a literal complete loss, also out the extra $149.00 for warranty

ive used my plans several times they always take forever and my tv broke once and took them a week or so to come out and then came back with the wrong part and also had to wait another week or so to get them finally back. i ended up buying a new tv in the wait time. waste kinda my tv is fixed but i didn't want to go with out tv for a few weeks. i would go crazy

The Geek Squad 2-year product replacement is there when you need it. It is well worth the cost .

These plans are awesome my 12 yr old is pretty responsible but the plan helps with the unfortunate issues.

I have used the replacement policy before on headsets and it was always easy to use without arguement

Good product seems to work fine so far as well as the price is ok, kids love it for gaming
