The earbuds have worked fine since I purchased them and have not needed to use the extended warranty. I assume that Best Buy would fix/replace the earbuds, but I haven't crossed that bridge yet.

Never really had a problem but my friends speaker never broke and i bought the speaker from them years ago

Best warranty policy. I've had issues with the product, but best buy is always fast and easy with replacements.

They set ip a sound bar for that i had no clue of setting up and they even mounted it on the wall for me

I have used my protection plan several times already for my headphones and I am always well pleased when I can get the same one again free. Couldn't beet that!!

I really enjoyed my jawbone while it lasted. It was a sleek design and easy to control. The battery lasted a whole week. The only downside was that it died and I could not replace it.

The protection is great as if something were to happen to the earbuds, they were replaced. Though they must be intact in some sense.

Very easy to sign up, and easy to submit a claim. Price is worth it for small audio items, that can get damaged or lost.

This add on warranty is great since you dont feel like you are throwing your money away.. You automatically exchanged them for a new pair if your pair stops working.
