A: Im sure it should. They are waterproof up to 165 ft of water. Just take them in and tell them about the noise and volume and they will exchange them. Best Buy rocks at taking care of their customers

A: That is what a warranty is for if you purchase the warranty they should be able to replace it and if you can’t find the receipt and you made it on a credit card they should be able to look up the credit card and find the payment that you purchased it with

The Geek Squad Product Replacement plan often does cover more than what the general manufacturer's warranty covers.
