I bought the Samsung galaxy plus ear buds and left them in my pocket and put them through the wash (not dryer). Now there’s a crackling noise and the volume only goes half as loud as it used to. I have to two year warranty, Will this be covered? null

Im sure it should. They are waterproof up to 165 ft of water. Just take them in and tell them about the noise and volume and they will exchange them. Best Buy rocks at taking care of their customers

I am not sure but my honest answer is go into the store and find out if they won't replace them do yourself a favor and get something else I am honestly looking for a reason to dump mine just to get something else I think they are a poor excuse for a pair of ear buds.
