It was easy to use especially when my nephew head set broke, it was replaced with a new one.

Great balanced headphones with full size drivers. They deliver a full defined sound. The cups are "on the ear" but they feel like they are more of a big over sized on the ear.

The geek squad protection is the best thing. They will totally replace the product if it malfunctions. If they don't have the same one you can get a newer version.
