No matter what it is that you buy from Best Buy, I recommend that you get the geek squad warranty. I have used it on many different products. Just a great thing to have.

With the protection I’m able to walk in store tell the geek squad it doesn’t work and they help me replace my item. Very useful.

The protection is great as if something were to happen to the earbuds, they were replaced. Though they must be intact in some sense.

The 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement is great to have if ang thing goes wrong with your product the Geek Squad will try to repaire it.This save time and trouble.

I have two daughters that wear ear buds and always wearing them out. My wife will take the youngest one to our local BestBuy and get replacements, no questions.

This came in very handy. My buds went out one day before the 2 year warranty was about to end. Best to be safe than sorry

Haven't needed to use the replacement for this product but Best Buy is always great insurance for tech that may not last.

The coverage for these headphones that I bought lasts for 2 years and was only $5. The coverage gives you brand new headphones not refurbished ones. What more could you ask for?

This warranty is nice to have and gives you the peace of mind that you are protected if your item breaks, I always buy a warranty with my expensive electronics.

Great deal I renew every year service is great and just recently had a complete tune-up of my laptop online and the guys did an a 1 job can't recommend it highly enough.

I would recommend support for all electronic items. That being said they have knowledge in the different devices that you may purchase and tell you the specifics.

I bought these as a gift for my sister she uses them for the gym & has not made any complaints. They do not fall off easily & are comfortable to have inside ears.

Having this protection plan was the best idea I had in a long time. I simply went to the store and exchanged the defective product for another one.
