It's amazingly easy to return a product or get it fixed with geek squad. I buy protection on everything. Glad I did. Now I was able to replace my bluetooth speaker for 67 cents.

I have had to bring back several items over the past few years and as long as you purchase the warranty and keep your receipt it is an easy return and replacement process.

It's always smart to buy the replacement guarantee. If anything goes wrong, they'll fix it or replace it for free. It's a lot cheaper than having to buy a new product.

These headphones are great when exercising or working out. They provide a great sound quality and the earbuds help to reduce surrounding sound. My only concern is the earbuds become pretty warn out and loose their grip, making them fall off really easily. This can be annoying at times. Besides that these headphones are pretty great.

The product eventually stopped working and so we took it to bestbuy with the 2-year product replacement plan and were able to get a new, working product. There was a little bit of confusion at first seeing that the product was no longer sold by best buy, but bestbuy made it right by us.

I’ve never had a hassle with Geek Squad warranty or support. It’s kinda like have a trained techie in your immediate family.
