Good help but not enough I think they can offer more protection in their plans.

Although my past experiences have not always been pleasant I would recommend this plan.

I buy geek squad warranty most of the time. Know this, it is not transferable. Some items like headphones will be replaced and not repaired. But, you have to stop by the store and do some research before hand as to what replacement you will get.

the warranty is good to have because it'll replace your speaker if it messes up.

The service is great but it's way to expensive. If you need help with your computer you don't really have a choice and since the accident damage or virus protects service got split I half, now if you need the Geek Squad help it's going to cost alot more than before.

I always buy the protection plan because if something goes wrong Best Buy has your back.
