    I loved those wireless earphones but had to return it as they kept falling during my exercise and I needed one that stay in my ear. Otherwise the quality of the sound is great and I love the magnet that secure the earphones when you're not using it.

    Not quite sure I am convinced these are worth the cost. In 2 cases over the last 15 years have I ever used one and it wasn't really worth it. The product was outdated and I simply chose to upgrade to the newer version.

    They take too long to fix stuff, they always recommend to send to factory, and they will not help with rentals of devices in case they are working on your only laptop, etc.

    The cost was too much for us considering we take very good care of our stuff. But if you are accident prone or have unruly children around I highly recommend getting this protection.

    This warranty has hlped me out a whole lot of times but my most recent visit I had to deal with a problem due to an employee selecting the wrong warranty plan causing me to drive over to another best buy to deal with it

    I haven't had to use the protection so i couldn't say if it was worth buying. Wish i could tell you more.this is the 3rd plan ive bought and has ran out on me.

    Mom threw broken headphones out, no replacement

    My headphones broke and my mother threw them out no knowing I would need the broken pair to use the warranty. They were not able to replace them. I had box, extra buds, all the accessories, charger ect.

      Thanks for uploading your review. A lot can happen to tech, and it’s great that you trusted Geek Squad with protecting your headphones. We enjoy jamming out to some music too and wouldn’t want to go without a pair of headphones for too long, either. While Geek Squad Protection for headphones would cover things such as normal wear and tear, defects in materials or workmanship and failures due to dust, internal heat and humidity., it wouldn’t cover lost or stolen products.     The two times I have used the geek squad protection to send chromebooks off to be repaired, I have been very under impressed with the store's ability to communicate with me. They kept the devices for WEEKS and then when they were returned to the store, no notification that they could be picked up. I appreciate that they fix them without cost (which is what I paid for), but I wish it was communicated better. I don't think I will buy computers from Best Buy again because of this issue.

    The product works very well. I have not used it because the product is still working. With the coronavirus pandemic its very difficult to go to Best Buy in Puerto Rico.

    insurance on printer not worth it

    Printer - not worth getting the insurance unless broke, Geek squad will only really help if you have a contract with them. So not sure why I have insurance

    Haven't needed for the specific item purchased but had used their extended warranty in the past with hit or miss luck. I guess it depends on the product

    I purchased this service with the purchased of JLab epic air wireless headphones 2 years ago I had a problem with the charger where the port dislodged into the charger so now the service protection expires and as I’m sure I not the only one this has happened to I paid for the service protection and it expires right after a problem arises and at this time I can’t get service nor do I a pair of headphones I can’t listen to. Again I Email the JLab company but haven’t been contacted

    I purchased this just to make sure but I feel like I did not needed since I never got to use it and it was just money invested in something else that I didn’t need

    What a nightmare. Let's see. Had my TV in limbo for 3 weeks with no word on when or where it is then tell me they can't fix it and I can only get a store credit for what what the lowest price it was because they don't make them even tho it's less then a year old. All I wanted was my TV fixed or replaced and it made me never want to shop with best but again and certainly never get geek squad.

    Everytime I buy an item from Best Buy this is the #1 thing to have makes replacing item very simple or if you just refund and it keeps track of your purchases.

    I had high hopes for these earphones! The are constructed very well but the lack in the volume department. When there is noise around you you can't get the volume loud enough to drown out the noise around you.

    I'm sure the service is great however paid the money for them and as of yet not needed them. I could've gone without the added protection.
