    Read a lot of negative reviews on this product and was not sure if I should purchase for a gift, but went ahead and purchased them. Also purchased the 2 year replacement insurance just in case, but so far so good.

    We haven't had to use this yet, but I'm confident in the quality advice and ability of the Geek Squad. They've always answered my questions accurately.

    I would like to say that when the service warranty is over they drop you like a brick BUT that is not the case, they will work with you to resolve the issues that are out of warranty

    Worth it or not worth it that is the question. All depends on what you're buying the warranty for. In this case If something happens to it they will replace it with new. I rolled the dice.

    I bought a JVC Bluetooth wireless headset. It didn't work properly so I brought it into the Columbia MO store within 7 days. They didn't have the same model to replace it with, so they offered a lower quality one than the one I purchased. They said that I bought the JVC on sale and they could only give me one not like I bought or the original price, but to find one that was the same price as the one I bought on sale. I thought that was pretty cheap of them since I bought the warranty Waste of money for me. I haven't used the JVC headset since day 7 after purchase.

    For the price i spent on the headphones, it is worth the price to purchase the product replacement plan. I know if they start giving me problems, I can get them repaired or replaced

    I have not yet used the replacement because I am currently traveling outside the US, but once back, I will be using because the jaybird earbuds do not hold battery as advertised.

    waste of money. they just want more money. if you want to replace a item and they dont have it in stock you're out of luck.

    Terrible repair status updates

    Cant find link to chat. Called service center and they called back and hung up. I called again and selected the call back option and said someone would return my call within 48 hours. My repair status has not changed in 11 days even though the say good news the part is in stock. The notes staythe same but they keep changing the date. I wouldn't be so upset but it is my son's and I really want him to have a social outlet right now.

    I bought this warranty when I purchased my Samsung ear buds, just in case something went wrong. Don't know how well it works at this time.

    I got this coverage for my Bose headphones, got the 2-3 year warranty and I'm hoping that all will be good, it's good to know that you're covered after one year warranty expires .

    Good idea to purchase for those higher priced items. Spend a little more initially but have assurance that if your product goes bad within 2 years youll get a new product

    this protection plan is for 2 years sounds good right? but can use it just one time and then is canceled that's the bad thing

    At the time of purchase the employee told me one thing and when I went to try to file a claim the customer service representative told me something else. Not cool !

    Hopefully there are not limited returns...I did experience this situation with beats earbuds they only let me return them twice..So please check before you buy.

    I went to best buy in philadelphia on roosevelt blvd and some people there dont know their job. one person says i can return, others say i cant. Otherwise u should get it

    Have had several pairs within a couple yrs! The left side kept going out after a few weeks! The newer version the skip song button never works on first try!
