What can you say really? You really need that warranty with electronics, never know when something could happen.

I bought a definitive Technology sound bar and I for some reason bought this service for the first time. I did in fact need it but after being told how many hoops I have to jump thru just to be told you will hear back from us in a month seems ridiculous. Don’t buy this and expect for a defective product to be replaced. They will send it out to Texas or California to try and fix it, if they can then you have to go back to the store and pick it up, they will not send it to your home. If I hear back that they cannot fix the subwoofer connection then I was told the best they could do is give me a gift card. This was purchased for a definitive Technology w system retailing at 1399. But it was on sale for 499. So I figured worse case I would get a comparable replacement if they can’t fix it. Nope I am going to possible be stuck with some junk. Big waste of money

i like having the protection otherwise i wouldnt be able to get replacements every month when my lg tones tear up

I usually don't get warranties for many things but the fact I bought Bose QC 35s for close $400 and did not want to risk anything. Have to admit the price for the warranty is a pretty penny considering I'm covered for 1 year by Bose already. But I don't want to go through and hassle and expecting to have a smooth exchange/repair process should something do happen to my headphones:)

I have gotten geek squad protection for all the appliances I've bought from best buy. It has been a pleasure.

I never used the Greek thing so I don't know. Noting I got has been broken

When it was time to use it my time had expired, so wouldn’t buy it again.

I've had no issues with the product therefore I didn't have to use the warranty so I'm very happy with the product

no need to purchase this, sometimes it cheaper to just buy another item.

Everybody hopes their new product won't break on them, but for a reasonable cost, you can buy peace of mind.
